Can't edit email format in Kaseya hosted

We use the hosted Kaseya platform, and they DON'T allow you to format the alert emails! How stupid is that!

Does this mean we are stuck not being able to integrate Kaseya andCommitCRM?

Well, we have no idea why Kaseya does not allow you to have control over the email alerts they sent in their hosted version. We know it works well with their on premises edition.

Maybe you can contact them and ask about this.
In any case the information on how to integrate RangerMSP with Kaseya (once you have control over the email formats) can be found here.
