Adding analytic graphs to Interlink for CommitCRM to better measure trends in ticket volume, backlog, and support performance. This will allow Business Owners, Managers, Engineers and Clients to better understand the trends in their IT support.

Wow, you are having too much fun with this aren't you? Are you still saying that this is "just" a mobile interface? ...or are you seeing it as a replacement for the Commt Web interface now?

All our interfaces are very much designed to be used on mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads. While Interlink has definitely grown beyond just being designed to run on smart-phones it does not do everything that the CommitCRM Web interface does such as provide access to Assets, Knowledge base access, etc...
It does have a complete client intake system with approval work-flow and some awesome data reports ; )
