Adding Notes through Interlink are not showing up in CommitCRM

We've tried a few different scenarios. Nothing seems to take.

Have you checked the address you setup under the CommitCRM Email Connector for exceptions? Are there any exception messages in the inbox for the exception address? This is the first place to look for a reason as if it is submitted by Interlink to CommitCRM and there is a problem with a certain field it will send the results to that exception address. The address is configured within the CommitCRM Server Config until. We have not heard of this issue with anyone else.

Just an update. There isn't an exception email address listed within the config.php but Jim's team is working it. To catch the errors an address has added within Commit's ServerConfig.exe under Email Connector > Internal Support Team Email
