Associate KB article with Ticket

    Associate KB article with Ticket

    Is there a way to do that? It would really be nice to be able to go back to a ticket and see what KB article was used to resolve it... ....and it would be nice to look at a KB article and see tickets that were associated with it.

    I assume that this isn't possible now, but could it be a feature request?

    You can already convert a resolved Ticket into a Knowledge base article (from the More Actions drop down on the Tickets Window toolbar). However, you can not see references between the Ticket and the KB Article. I'll open a request for this.
