    Saving my reports

    Hi,
    I am finding that when I save my reports (usually PDF; the file as;browse my documents and save in there) even if i call it, for example "January 2011", the document will only end up being called "Ja" in my documents. Is there something I can do to prevent this happening?

    This should be OK and we're not aware of such an issue. I also verified it here now.

    Can you please provide more details?
    Does this happen on all PCs? Just one?

    Any information that you can provide may help.

      Hi,

      I've tried with a colleague's PC and his saves ok so just my PC that appears to be the problem! If you've any ideas on how to fix that would be great - otherwise no probs - I accept that my machine is the problem!!
