Is there a way to make it so that scheduling an appointment via the dispatcher doesn't change the status?

Unfortunately at this stage the answer is no :-( The status change is part of the Ticket workflow that moves between its statuses when it is being dispatched. Feedback noted.

Ok, it wouldn't be a huge issue, except for the fact that I like to view all "in-progress" tickets at one time. Normally that is shown as "new"... So when I use the dispatcher to schedule a job, then that work flow is "broken"
