CommitCRM Client Crash / Disappears

Hi,

We've hit a problem where our CommitCRM client crashes and disappears when you select a particular customer accounts "contact" details tab. All other customer accounts are OK.

Any one got any ideas?

OmniCom - please send us All your RangerMSP log files by email using the Help > Technical Support menu in RangerMSP. We will analyze this and will get back to you with out findings.

We have the exact same issue whilst trialling the software.
We need to know how to fix this so that we can fix it if it happens again.

Hi Andy,

Yes, it was resolved and it was a local issue a we fixed it for the customer installation.

Please send us your RangerMSP log files using the Help > Technical Support menu in RangerMSP and we will then analyze them and get back to you with our findings.
