I have a feature suggestion:
We should have the option to not sync employees and clients marked as 'Inactive' with Outlook. We have had several employees over the years, and all of their information still syncs with my outlook. Furthermore, It may be beneficial to get granular with what specifically gets synced... With the ability to specify if contacts from primary accounts get synced, or employees get synced at all, etc...
