I would like to be able to access CommitCRM via the web interface while onsite, compelte the ticket, add charges, generate a quickbooks invoice, and either view/print/or email the invoice. Is this possible at all with any combination of services?

Re: Web Interface and Quickbooks
You can do most of what you described except for generating a QuickBooks invoice from your browser as the link with QuickBooks requires QuickBooks to be locally installed. You can complete the ticket, add charges and print a technician service form that list the entire job details including the charge information. At the office the parallel QuickBooks invoice can be generated and sent to the customer.
Thanks,
Sheli

Re: Web Interface and Quickbooks
Or instead of using the web interface you can remote into a workstation/terminal server at the office and do everything desired.
