    email connector adding multiple recipients --

    thinking we need to have the email connector add all users in the to and cc field as recipients so that tickets get opened with everyone properly added. We are finding that end users are including some of their internal persons to ticket requests and when we are responding, they are not getting the updated info... this should allow multiple people to have a discussion on a ticket. On this though, the email connector should strip out any internal (our) employee emails (sometimes the sender will cc one of our tech's email addresses along with the helpdesk email).
