    Rolling over block hours

    I was wondering how people are managing rolling over block hours? If hours are not used, I roll them over. Currently I have to telly them up and batch create new contracts for the month, re-adding the hours. Anyone else have suggestions?

    I add up to the end, then create a new time entry with the remaining time. This is a major irritation for us as we should have the option to roll to another contract, or simply bill the overage.

      Big issue when you have many block of hour contracts.

        It is a big issue. All of our customers are block customers.

          I will notify my customer to utilise the hours, after the expiry date, all hours all be forfeited...
