In a ticket, under Resolution, I can Choose Show Original.
But where is the Original stored ?

The 'Show Original' option refers to showing the original customer email that automatically created the Ticket. It is stored as a file on your server. Use the 'More Options' from the History tab preview for this email message to see the exact folder/file.

Hmm. Cant find it.
I can choose Edit Email Message, Delete Email Message, Advanced/Show Original Email Header.

It is found under the Advanced - More Actions - Open Original Email File Folder.

In that case I tend to believe that you're using an older version where this feature wasn't supported.

With version 5.3 (changed later) run \RangerMSP\Server\ServerConfig.exe, visit the 'Email Connector' tab, scroll down, click 'Store Folders Setup', a window opens, navigate to the 'Default Filing Folder' tab.
