Can you or has anyone out there used a webcam to import a picture of a computer system that has come into the shop. I would like to take a picture of the system and import it into a assets account. Also if there damage to the system I would like to add those pictures also.

You can add pictures to the docs section of the Asset so there's no reason why you can't do it from a webcam. Just capture the image and save it to your PCs hard drive, then drag it over to the Docs window and it shows in the docs list. Double click and it opens!
I currently don't do this but as its such a good idea I think I might start!
I suppose it would be handy to have an images tab or even to have a thumbnail view of the asset on the new(5.6) preview window.
