Remote Monitoring, What do you use?

Hi Guys,

Just interested in what you guys use for Remote Monitoring? We use N-Able here and have found it really good. Although, we have found lately it is starting to be a bit buggy. This has led me to search around for another possible vendor.

Can you offer suggestions, and why you'd use it over N-Able?
