SLA Reminders via Templates?

I was hoping I could create some reminders in an Activity Template that would pop up to remind technicians to do certain actions. We need these to pop up every one or two hours, but when I look at the Activity Templates you have to set the reminders at specific times.

Is there any way round this?

Hi Nick, Activity Templates lets you configure a set of Tasks (or Appointments or Tickets) that can be applied and added at once. As part of the Activity Template you need to set each Task has a specific date/time with no popup reminders.
