Is there any way to give messages (phone, office visits, etc..) to one another?

What about managing todo lists, task managers?

Use the Message icon on the left to open the Messages center where you can send internal messages between all employees and attach them to Accounts/Tickets/Assets/etc.

For Todo's use Tasks. Open the Calendar Window and under the Tasks tab manage all your to-dos. You can optionally attach a Task to an Account/Ticket/Asset/etc.
