has anyone else encountered an issue when opening tickets? It never used to happen, but after an update (3 updates ago) every time I open a new ticket, the application flashes and it takes about 5 seconds to open the first screen. Once that's open and edited, when I click on the Resolution tab, it flashes again and takes about 3 seconds to open. I've lived with this, but wondered if this is a known issue and there's a resolution? Thanks!
