1. Added queue totals to left hand menu
2. Modified the email validation on the client intake form to validate if there are extra spaces on the front and back of email address.
3. Added switch in settings to disable the entire site in case you need to do maintenance to CommitCRM.
4. Made my clients button in the ticket queues so that you can see all your client's tickets in all of the queues on one page.
5. Added ability for clients to generate and download a ticket report in a CSV.
6. Added password manager module for encrypted password management.
