    Customers with multiple service locations

We have a few clients that have multiple offices. How do I assign a ticket to a satellite office and not the main office?

I tried putting the other ones in as contacts, but the tickets still print with the main company address on it.

Re: Customers with multiple service locations

You can print the contact address as well. We do this by having to addresses on a ticket. If there is an address for the contact, it prints out for the contact assigned to that ticket, but also shows the primary account address as well.

      How do you do that?

Go into the report that you are using as your service ticket printout, and open it it design mode. Add a DBText field to it, and then in the drop down in the top-left, choose Tickets - Contact: FULLADDRESS as the field. You can add more fields for all of the other contact's contact information.

How do you get it on more than 1 line? I just get a long address on a single line that pushes off the page.

Maybe you need to use DBMemo on your report instead of DBText.
