Adding and hiding a new field in Charges

Hi.

I want to add a field to the Charges entry that will be hidden from the employees. Is there a way to do this?

Custom fields can be added to many different entities including Accounts, Tickets, Assets, Contracts and other "main" entities (the Charge entry not included). In any case custom fields are visible to all users...
