    Is there a way to limit the # of lines that are in the description when view all open/closed/new....tickets? When users submit a ticket by email 3/4 of the description is their signature/discloser etc... Just wanted to see the first few lines to get an idea of the ticket. I can always open the ticket to see all of the description.

    Thank you for asking. The entire email text is converted into the Ticket Description so you will not miss anything, some write long descriptions and do not have any signatures while other users write just a few words and have a huge signature... What you can do is edit the Ticket Description to reflect only the relevant text that matters.

      But when I am in the "All Open Tickets" I just need 2-3 lines to get the general idea of the issue. If I want to see the whole ticket I can simply open it up. It's just annoying the default view for "Open tickets" are about 15+ pages long cause of signatures or it was from an email chain etc....
