How soon until this is released?

If I read the pricing chart correctly, it is already released in the Enterprise edition. Is that correct?

We are working towards a mid October release on the Service Level Manager. It will be in our next release 1.0.7

The check marks are to indicate that it will be included in the enterprise bundle when available.

Jim, to upgrade to the enterprise version, we simply pay the difference, correct? it was not available when we purchased.

Yes, the price would vary slightly depending on when you purchased and what add ons you were grandfathered in on, but just email either Jim or myself and we can get you the exact price.

We are testing it in house right now. We will be getting it to a few beta testers shortly then rolling out the release. It's pretty powerful so we are spending a little extra time with the in house testing on this one.

1.0.7 has been released with many improvements including the new SLA Manager Module.
