    web interface navigation --

    I've been using the web interface more of late... finding it useable but not convenient... is there a way to have it show (drop down selector) only open tickets?

    It would also be very nice if we could expand/collaps the differnt sections (contacts, pending, history, tickets, assets, opportunities, charges...) -- currently the pages for most of our clients is supper long and finding anything in there is a serious task.

    Yes. When you navigate to the Tickets tab you have a drop down from where you can select the filtering. These are some of the options in the drop down: 'My Open Tickets', 'All Open Tickets', etc.

    Interesting feedback. You can use the Browser search option (very convenient in Chrome and Firefox) to search for text within a page for a quicker page navigation.

      that's working better than going through the accounts tab... can type the customer name in the find field and their current tickets open up.

      search in IE is just as good as any other browser however, when the web page is literally 20 pages long, it's still very difficult to locate anything.
