E-mail connector problem

Hi.
We have CommitCRM v. 5.5.0.3 with SQL, and we can't get the e-mail connector to work.
I read a userguide that said I should run commitserver.exe -install, and that should give med a service called CommitServer. I can't seem to get that part working. I suspect this is the reason why the e-mail connector isn't working.
I have gone through the setup procedure described here.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind. Found a video that gave me a tip to use the "Run as Administrator" option on the "CMD" program.
That helped, and the CommitServer service is now working as it should :)
