hopefully a quick question... we are looking at using the internal messaging function for some internal communications. Does CommitCRM alert you to new messages waiting in your inbox at logon or do we need to manually open messages and manually check the inbox?

RangerMSP pops an alerting message when you log in or use RangerMSP client and an internal message is sent to you.

Your internal messaging inbox is not converted and duplicated into an email mailbox.

However, as part of the Alerts Server when an internal message is sent in regards to one of your Accounts or Tickets (when being the Manager employee assigned to them) an email alert is sent to you.
