Hi,
This is the scenario:
I create a new ticket, and saves it.
I take note of the ticket number 0500-1986
I take note, that an external recipient exists with a valid e-mail address.
I creates a new Outlook message with the ticket number in the subject and TO is our public CommitCRM e-mail address (as usual)
The e-mail IS retrieved by Commit, and is showing under history (as usual)
but the e-mail is never sent to the External recipient.
Bonusinfo, In the history where the e-mail is placed it shows
my name TO
Normally is shows
my name TO external recipient name.
Why?
How to do it right?
and last, no error message?
Bonusinfo 2, Everything works fine, if the ticket is auto-created by an e-mail from some external sender/recipient.
