How do I either change what is available in that drop down list, or edit what is already there?

Using Android and CloudPrint, that particular option is the quickest way for me to print a form after checking in a walk-in customer.
However, we need to be able to add text and our logo to that form.

I've searched the files on the server and can't find the exact one to edit.

Any help would be appreciated.

The 'Print Preview...' drop down has a fixed list of items and this cannot be modified.

The 'Print to PDF' one is customizable and it inherits from the settings you have for the Print drop down menu in the RangerMSP client application.

You can control the logo and text that appears both at the top of the printed form as well as on its bottom. This actually affects all of the Web pages in your portal.

For this use the following option in the RangerMSP client application:
Tools > Options > Web Interface tab.

Click the 'Edit Header' and 'Edit Footer' buttons and design them using HTML tokens.
