Moving CommitCRM to another computer?

We've been hosting CommitCRM on our server, but would like to have it hosted on another (newer) computer. What are the exact procedures for moving CommitCRM? I've already made a full backup, is it as simple as copying the CommitCRM root folder and moving it over?
