    marking messages as unread --

    we are starting to use the messaging feature built into CommitCRM for internal communcations specific to accounts/tickets... not seeing a way to mark a message as unread once it's been read... this is an absolute MUST... almost everyone I know will look at a message and re-mark it as unread when they don't have time to respond or act on it... (!)

    This cannot be set :-(

    The internal messaging system does show an un-read message in Bold and once you navigate to another message it goes back to normal.

      this is a serious setback to the usefullness of the internal messaging... all email systems have the abilitly to do this.
