    adding external recipients from other accounts --

    would be super handy if we in the add drop down for adding external recipients to tickets, we could select "from another account" and quickly add contacts from other accounts. We have situations were one contact is the primary concate (overseeing) multiple accounts and uses a single email address... every time we want to manually add them to a ticket, we have to manually type in their SMTP address... we should be able to pick this in the drop down list.

    Actually this option is already there :-)

    When adding External Recipients, just where you should type the email address to add, you'll see a magnifying glass icon right to the email address field, click it and it'll allow you to select any of your accounts and contacts, once selected their email address will be copied automatically to the email field. Done!

      can we get this screen to default to showing secondary contacts (separately from the main accounts window setting)? We obviously want to see (be able to search for) the secondary accounts from this add email address list but we usually don't want to see all those contacts in the accounts window.

        The Account selection and filtering settings are the same for the main Accounts window and the Account selection one and the 'Show Secondary Contacts' default is taken from your preferences as set under Tools > Options... > Accounts tab. I'll log the idea to separate the settings between the windows so it'll be evaluated. Thanks.
