would be super handy if we in the add drop down for adding external recipients to tickets, we could select "from another account" and quickly add contacts from other accounts. We have situations were one contact is the primary concate (overseeing) multiple accounts and uses a single email address... every time we want to manually add them to a ticket, we have to manually type in their SMTP address... we should be able to pick this in the drop down list.
