    Running CommitCRM on Linux?

I've searched through the forum for other threads about running CommitCRM on a linux computer, however most of the threads are pretty outdated. With that being said...

Have any improvements been made over the last year, in regards to database stability when run on WINE or perhaps VirtualBox?

Has anyone out there had any success?

    Re: Running RangerMSP on Linux?

Thank you for asking. While there may be users using it with a Linux/WINE server it is not recommended by us nor it is officially supported. Yet, it may work well. Please note that RangerMSP's requirements for a "server" are Not high. Any decent PC that runs a PC OS (XP/Vista/7) can usually be served as the server, you do not necessarily need to use a server OS.

    Hope this helps.

      Re: Running CommitCRM on Linux?

Our CommitCRM server is a 4 year old Windows 2000 Pro machine... works beautifully with zero issues, and the license for the older Windows version was spare.
