    Hi, i cannot understand..
    Your software can replace the standard CommitCRM WebInterface or is an enhancement?
    If yes, there's any type of "client message chat" before i can close a ticket where customer can confirm or not the repair?

      There is no client chat like live person or anything like that built in. You can send emails right from Interlink on the ticket and they will go directly to the recipients on the ticket and will be added as a history note in CommitCRM. If you send an email to them from the ticket and they reply that the repair has been completed, all of that communication will be attached to the ticket. Hope this answers your question.
