It is possible to create mailing labels from the contact data within RangerMSP?

It is possible to create mailing labels from the contact data within RangerMSP. I would like to export this data into a Word Label template – is this possible?

You can create mailing labels and print them to your printer using the Labels report. Go to Reports > Labels and check them out, there are several formats there which are already designed to fit labels layout.

If you wish to merge the Account information into Word Labels templates (each Account at a time), you can do this using the Word Merge option, with RangerMSP Templates. You can add new Word Templates to RangerMSP, which can be based on existing templates you already have by going to Settings > Documents > Template Management . You can then edit the template to include RangerMSP Account's fields. You can then create Word documents based on selected Accounts in RangerMSP, and the Account details and address will be automatically merged in the document. You can read more about templates in RangerMSP here.

You can also export the Account list with the email addresses and any other fields you wish to export to an external file (such as Excel, Text, etc.) and use the Word Mail Merge option which allows you to import a list of addresses for creating labels. You can provide the Word document with the Exce/Text File and it will create the labels. You can read more about exporting data from RangerMSP here.
