Does anyone use CommitCRM with N-Able? We love nearly everything about CommitCRM, but are looking for anyone in the real world who has used it with N-Able. We are mostly interested in the ability to generate new tickets (I believe this is possible) for alerts and more importantly if an alert is cleared (i.e. - failed service returns to normal) then we would like the ticket to update and close. Is this possible or working for anyone else out there?
Also - would love to capture asset information in the ticket as well when an issue comes in from N-Able.
