Mandatory Fields

Any update yet on allowing users to make certain fields mandatory for populating. We have fifteen people in the office and it is very hard maintaining the integrity of the database when staff don't complete all the fields. It would be nice if they couldn't leave a screen unless all mandatory fields were entered.

It will definitely help in some cases. We have this request on file and it has some votes already. We hope to get to review and implement it in one of our coming releases.

Not much... I can say that it will not be included in our next release (current version is 5.7). We have this request on file and we will evaluate it again in the future.

BIG +1 from us on this. Seems like a simple upgrade but would do wonders for our ability to maintain consistency of account/ticket records (which we now have to do with daily manual reviews of new Account records and new Tickets ("manual" - ugh, dirty word).
