Unlike with Accounts, Tickets, Assets, Contracts, Sales Opportunities, etc. to where you can add new custom fields and tabs, the set of fields for secondary contacts is currently fixed.

hmmm... if there is any chance that we are going to be able to use CommitCRM as our primary central repository for contacts (in place of outlook) then this needs to be greatly improved.

on this, we need to be able to add "multi-selection" fields... in specific, we need to replicate the usefulness of categories in outlook... being able to mark the secondary contacts that should recieve notices, or who is authorized to make requests for account changes, or who gets marketing vs. informational mailings (etc.) is critical to something called "CRM"...
