    Interlink 1.0.7 for CommitCRM Released

    We are please to announce the availability of Interlink 1.0.7 for CommitCRM. Please login to the Interlink member area at www.dsgdevstudio.com to download the release.

    Major improvements include the release of our new Service Level Manager which allows for custom watch rules for tickets with defined actions like change priority, alert via email or SMS, reassign ticket, etc. New enhanced Wallboard Dashboard for displaying Key Performance Indicators such as ticket queue counts, client satisfaction rating snapshot, GFI Max Server Down visual indicator and much more.

    ***** Completed Improvements Include ****

    1. Fixed issue with domain and licensing when a port other than 80 is used for the site.
    2. Fixed issue with branding removal on client portal in browser.
    3. Fixed an issue with Danish ÅÆØ åæø characters showing up incorrectly.
    4. Added code to Client Ticket Page that defaults the about field to the default config value if about default is required.
    5. Removed password button from the account page unless licensed.
    6. Added link under password pinpad to close out the pinpad and go back one page.
    7. Linked up password button on the account page
    8. Fixed issue with escape characters showing up in KB Articles.
    9. Fixed bug where task charge box would not close after charge submitted. (Charges still went through just fine)
    10. Fixed bug where account admin did not show in client user list in client manager.
    11. Hid buttons in the client manager when the client is not enabled.
    12. Totally remade the client intake pages from the ground up.
    13. If you have the client satisfaction module it will email business critical BCC group whenever a bad review is put in.
    14. Fixed https warning on dashboard (Thanks Dennis!)
    15. Facebook like button when client submits a good user review in the Customer Satisfaction Add On
    16. Added links on ticket pages where clicking on the client name will take you to the account information page and pull up the client information.
    17. Fixed some minor IE7 graphic / css bugs.
    18. Modified it so that category could be required when submitting ticket updates.
    19. Modified ticket update to require a description when closing or canceling a ticket.
    20. Fixed sort order bug when contact lists sorted by last name.
    21. Fixed bug in currency settings on settings page.
    22. Added Twilio SMS settings to settings page.
    23. Added code to home page for admins to take them to settings page if site is not fully configured.
    24. Added code to site that will not allow users to login till site is fully configured.
    25. Fixed problem with note on ticket-quickview-browser.php page when about is not set to required (Thanks Justin).
    26. Fixed bugs where updates with extremely long descriptions were causing problems in email software if they had over 927 characters.
    27. Added button to account page to take you directly to that client's satisfaction report.
    28. Fixed bug in IE where client list would not fill (Thanks Lee and Justin)
    29. Fixed bug in IE where filter would give error when typing (Thanks Lee and Justin)
    30. Fixed bug in client invoice if invoice number was over 9999.
    31. Added block time to Year over Year totals.
    32. Fixed bug where disabling the site required going into the database to enable again.
    33. Added Service Level Manager to send alerts based on rules and actions setup by an Admin
    34. Added email template manager to allow email templates to be setup for email alerts in the Service Level Manager
    35. Simplified the install script by removing most of the configuration values from it and setting default settings.
    36. Added enhanced dashboard for Enterprise and SLA Interlink users
    37. Fixed bug where client could input same ticket twice on intake form.
    38. Added time since last updated on ticket lists for engineers.
