We would like to start over with a clean database, but certainly need to maintain the historical data. Are there any recommendations on the best way to accomplish this?
Here is what we have in mind. Export the accounts and assets from all active accounts. Then create a new database with nothing in it and re-import that information. After that we would start ticket processing over at the beginning.
