The My New Messages feature works with Twilio and Text Messaging or Siri on the iPhones. If you have a twilio account setup, you can use Siri to send messages directly into Interlink. For instance if I am in my car driving to a client and I want to remind myself to bill something or open a ticket, etc., I can either have Siri send a text message or text message from my iPhone or other mobile phone type into my Interlink Twilio number. Then the next time I log into Interlink I will see the messages I sent in while I was out on the "My New Messages' button.
