It would be most helpful If I could display a report in one window, and have access to the program to lookup and edit associated records, tickets and charges.
Currently, if a report is on display, it must be closed to edit a record, which reduces productivity.
Additinally, to add to the wish list, a link on the report, to go to the associated record would really boost productivity, much like the Quickbooks drill down reporting feature.
