Quote supress sub report on line items

Is there a way to suppress the line for the subreport 'childrepor2' when the section is blank?
There are many cases where there are no additional notes for the item and having the extra blank line increases the quote to 2 or more pages when it wouldn't have to be.

Yes, you can safely remove the "childreport..." field. This is actually just a plain-text field which is adds blank lines the Quote to make it more readable. If you feel it just takes up space, simply remove it from the report design.
