Is there a way to view the links between CommitCRM and quickbooks? ex: pick an item in CommitCRM and view what it is linked to in quickbooks........

Hi lwilson,

Items are linked between RangerMSP and QuickBooks when they get imported from QuickBooks or by creating the link manually. Basically then Item Name remains the same when importing, so this can be your way to know to which Item it is linked in QuickBooks.

To check a specific Item, you should probably create an Invoice, and see which Item was selected in QuickBooks. You can create a dummy invoice just to check this if you need to check a specific Item.

Sure, this does sound like a helpful feature. I'm not sure how well the QuickBooks API will support this, but will let the developers check this... Thanks for suggesting this feature.
