Hi Commit,

I have a suggestion for your API by E-mail.

When creating a ticket, charge or an asset, then Account and/or Contact have to be specified, naturally.

In advance, you have to know the FLDASTACCRECID and/or FLDASTCONTACTRECID values for the customer or contact.
Often you don't have this information by hand.

My suggestion is, that you should make it possible to use
the contacts e-mail adress for the FLDASTCONTACTRECID and
the Account e-mail address for the FLDASTACCRECID
