Glitches in Quotes

I am having alot of issues with new quotes.

1. Sometimes it creates a duplicate line of what I have entered.

2. Other times, a line item that i have towards the bottom, previews and prints at the top.

3. The text in a multi-line entry has a different font size than the rest of the document



This is SOOOOO frustrating when you are trying to get a quote out quickly!!

At this point, I cannot rely on the quotes inCommitCRM....very disappointing as I was just about to introduce this to our company.

Please help if possible!

Thank you for posting this. Well, I don't really know what to say. We are not familiar with any of the items you reported regarding the new quoting module.

Please use the Help > Technical Support menu in RangerMSP to send us your log files. We will analyze them and hopefully will find some of the things that cause this.
+ please also attach printed PDF quotes and take some screen shots that will help us better understand what you're referring to exactly.

We are using quotes all the time and have no problems…. If that's reassuring for you. :)
