Just purchased the upgrade for GFI RMM connection. I was able to get the service installed. From here I was expecting to see new cmt files building, but nothing seems to happen. Did I mis-read the instructions?

It's hard to tell exactly. You first need to set you API key and the path to your portal API server, then restart the service and wait for the files to download so you can link all customer and assets records to the parallel in GFI MAX.
In case the files still do not download please try to contact GFI and ask them to enable API integration for you. Many times they "do something" at their end and it starts working.

Hi Dina,
Resolved the issue, Site not correct. Fixed now getting more tickets than I can handle. Any way to combing tickets of a single PC to a single ticket for any type of time frame?

Thanks for the update. Good to know that it is working now.
Using the Ticket Merge feature you can merge two tickets into one while keeping all related data.
