Taxes No Longer Appear in Quotes

I was wondering if someone knew of a way to toggle whether the quotes show a tax or not.

We have just started using the quote system and the first couple quotes we did worked fine. Now, whenever we create a new quote, the taxes do not show up in the preview or when we print them. It shows the price but not the tax.

The item has the proper taxes, as does the account. Does anyone know how to enable the quotes to show the taxes?

In case anyone else runs into this problem, here is what needs to be done:

1) Make sure that the taxes are listed in the item.
2) Make sure that the taxes are listed in the account.
3) Delete any items that are in the quote and re-enter them.
4) If the taxes do not appear, close all windows and re-open them.

After I re-opened the quotes, both taxes appeared to where they should be.
