Hello!

I know you guys work hard at meeting all your users' requests for new features so I thought I'd add a few to the list. :)

1. Ability to create and appointment from a quote/link quote to an appointment

2. Ability to convert a Quote to a Ticket AND/OR a Contract

3. Add Quote Status drop down field (similar to tickets). This would be nice for sorting as well as quickly identifying the status of the quote (ie. Waiting for Down Payment, Appproved, On Hold, etc). The Won, Lost and Approved by Web are just too narrow.

Thanks hugicr, now we finally have some items on our to do list :-)

1. Noted.

2. Convert a Quote into a Ticket Will be included in our next release :-)

3. You can already use one of the "free" Quote fields called Field1, Field2, etc. and use the as your 'status'. First you can rename them by double clicking the label and update the name/label in the Window the is displayed. Then, you can manage all values in their drop down.
Now, when viewing the list of Quotes, right click it and under 'Table Options >' select 'Add/remove Column>' option and add your custom 'status' field to the list.
