Employee - Company field.

If I create a new Employee, the first field is Company.
So I can create two employees with different company names.

What are your thought on this field ? (What does it do and affects in Commit)

Thank you for asking. This field is an informative field only.

While most staff members (employees) are usually employed by your company, in some cases you have staff members that you want to manage as any other 'employee' yet they are not directly employed by you but rather by another company (and you pay this company). So, in the latter case you will want to use the company name that employs them. In most cases the default will work just fine, yet, you can change it to your requirements.
