I would like to see better notification. Ticket generation, appointments, tasks and any change in time table, ticket description, etc. should be automatically mailed to responsible technician. Now, I oftenly forget to send an important notification to technicians.

We are about to release a new Email Alerts module. I believe this module, very soon in beta, is exactly what you have in mind.
It will allow defining automatic email alerts for various events. For example, it will be able to send an email alert to technicians when they are assigned a new ticket, or when new appointment are scheduled for them, etc. You will also have more advanced options such alerting the Account manager when new Tickets are opened for the Account and more.
