    Decision Trees for Support Calls

    Does anyone know of a workflow or combination of CommitCRM features that might simulate/represent decision trees? What we would like to do is implement a step-by-step decision tree KB, or Document or Activity Template that an engineer can access during the management of a ticket when taking calls. Let me know if you would like for more detail to help formulate a response.

    From what we understand from this description such decision trees are not built into RangerMSP. Interesting idea though. Maybe someone on your team can use the API to develop such a module, it seems like others may be interested in this too.
